The healthiest way to lose weight is not going on crash diets nor is it bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes it needs time to become accustom to the changes you make in your lifestyle. If you haven’t exercised for years that’s what your body has become accustom to, don’t rush into running miles a day or pounding the treadmill.
