Approximately 45% of people are intolerant to a certain type of food or food additive. Most people are unaware that any intolerance exists.
If you suffer from chronic symptoms, it is very likely they can be reduced or eliminated once you have pinpointed the cause of the problem.
If you suspect you may have intolerance to one or more foods, then our intolerance test may be able to help. By pinpointing exactly which foods are causing an intolerance, you can easily eliminate problem foods from your diet in order to reduce or eliminate your symptoms.
Maggie will be holding her next Essential Health Intolerance allergy testing on Saturday 7th September 2019.

What are Food Intolerances?
Food intolerances are can sometimes be mistaken with food allergies, but in reality there is a marked difference. Classic allergies cause the immune system to be activated and in extreme cases can cause anaphylaxis and may therefore be life threatening. By contrast, if someone has a food intolerance their immune system will not be activated and it is not life threatening. However, food intolerance can make the sufferer feel extremely unwell and cause an inflammatory reaction in the body. Inflammation by definition is pain, redness, swelling and raised temperature. Often seen in weight gain, eczema, hives and excess mucus in the nose and throat.
Food Intolerances may be the root cause if someone has difficulty losing excess weight despite eating healthily and exercising.
The Intolerance Allergy Testing will include a vitamin and mineral check, and I test 75 different food and airborne substances.
